WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
Staging significantly elevates a property's visual appeal for sale by installing expertly curated furniture, artwork, and decor. An experienced stager consults with the vendor to assess the home and delivers tailored styling solutions, including sourcing and installation of furnishings in every space, along with removal after the agreed rental period.

PAY LATER
A great first impression is vital to a successful sales campaign. With full home staging packages starting from just $2,499 for eight weeks (with the option to extend further) and our Stage Now, Pay Later option giving vendors the ability to defer the payment for up to 180 days, every home has the chance to entice and attract the best buyers.
STEPS TO SUCCESS
Don't worry, we'll handle all the heavy lifting, so you can kick your feet up and relax.
Step one. You enquire
Pop over to our Enquire tab, fill out our form and we'll call you to discuss your needs and book in a consultation at your listing.
Step two. We meet
We'll meet you (or your agent) onsite, take measurements and photos of each room, and answer any questions you may have.
Step three. We send a quote
Once we've met onsite, we'll create a proposal and quote for staging your home. Once you've signed your approval, we'll do a happy dance and start selecting our favourite pieces for each space. Need to use our Pay Later option? No problem, we'll send you the form to complete.
Step four. We select
Backstage, we'll dive into our inventory and find the perfect pieces for every room of your home.
Step five. Install day
Time for the heavy lifting! We'll put our selections to work and transform your spaces so your home shines its very brightest for upcoming photography and viewings. We love this step.
Step six. SUCCESS!
Another happy dance to celebrate you converting from For Sale to SOLD. As soon as that contract moves to "unconditional", we'll pop back to remove all our pieces and leave your home ready for new life and love.
